I'm 'Ice' in the revival of
the hit tv show Gladiators on Sky 1! I'm a former International athlete,
having represented Great Britain in both Athletics (Heptathlon) and Bobsleigh.
I also have a first class honours degree in Sports Science from Loughborough
University and a Masters Degree in Physiology and Nutrition. I'm an International
spokesperson and trainer for Power Plate fitness and have trained a number
of celebrities including Candy Spelling, The Ocean's Thirteen Film Cast,
Colin Montgomerie, David James, Anthea Turner and the Saudi Royal family,
to name a few. I also script and present workout DVDs, shown worldwide.
I'm currently furthering my presenting ambition with tv appearances as
a fitness expert and with regular shows on LA muscle tv (online health
and fitness channel).
