Janis Saffell is
the President & CEO of Fitness Express International, a
consulting company that produces fitness and kickboxing educational events
and product lines world wide. She brings over a decade of experience to
the
health and fitness industry as a classically trained dancer, gymnast/coach,
kickboxing/martial artist and is a National & World Aerobic
Competitor. She is the Designer of the new COUTURE ACTIVE WEAR line,
launched March 2002.

recognition through her work as host of ESPN 2 "Crunch Fitness,"
featured
on FIT TV "Reebok Versa Training"and was a featured guest on
QVC. Janis
was awarded the 1999 Presenter of the Year by Fit-Digital. The star instructor
of 12 top rated fitness videos, including the #1 rated video by leading
magazines - "A Brand New Butt." She is a featured fitness expert
for Shape,
Fitness, Self, Fit Magazines, Women’s International Health Fitness
and
California Health & Fitness.
