Ms. National Fitness,
Tatiana has been a highly visible part of the fitness
community for more than a decade. Chosen as one of Ms.
Fitness Magazine’s prestigious Women of Fitness, she attributes
her
success so far to a vivacious nature and a competitive spirit. Her devotion
to fitness and health has been and will always be a life-long pursuit.
As a fitness advisor,
she has been a regular guest on KNWS TV’s Sports
Night Live in Houston, TX. She has also been featured regularly on Prime
Sports Network’s Larry North’s Body Shop.
Since entering her
first beauty pageant at the age of five, Tatiana has
always enjoyed competition. She held the title of Ms. Petite Texas and
Ms. Texas Fitness in 1992 and 1993, and Ms. National Fitness in 1994.
In addition, she participated in the 1994 Ms. Fitness USA competition
where she was first runner-up, and the 1995 and 1996 Ms. Fitness World
competition in which she was chosen second runner-up. In 1997, she was
MC and Commentator back-stage at the Ms. Fitness World competition.
In the past, Tatiana
has served as Director of Aerobics at the prestigious
Houstonian Club in Texas, as Spa Director at the Sans Souci Hotel and
Resort in Jamaica, and as Fitness Supervisor of the Golden Door Spa at
Sea program, traveling the world aboard several ships in the Cunard
Cruise Line. She has modeled for Sweet Cheeks Swimwear and was a
dancer for the NBA World Champion Houston Rockets for two years.
Now residing in Colorado,
Tatiana is a former cheerleader for the NFL
Denver Broncos, a model and spokesperson for EAS Fitness Products
and Hot Skins workout apparel. She is also a consultant and sole
proprietor of Pageant Personified, Inc., a company which prepares women
for beauty pageants and fitness competitions through intense preparation
and meticulous attention to detail. Extensive training programs from
Pageant Personified include: poise & stage presentation, personal
and
onstage interview training, voice, diction & speech delivery, personalized
fitness & nutrition programs, hair, make-up, and wardrobe consulting.
