Biography
Owner of Sweat Set,
a fitness consulting company established in
1987, Evlynne is an international presenter with travels to Sweden,
Denmark, Norway and Japan instructing and educating through
workshops on choreography, step and stretching techniques.
Evlynne is a continuing
education provider through the American
Council on Exercise and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of
America. She is a premiere instructor at the Sports Club and hold a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance. Her training at the Dance
Theater of Harlem and her dynamic presence forms her unique style,
making her one of the most sought-after instructor/presenters
in the country.
As a three-time gold
medalist in aerobics and fitness competitions,
Evlynne enjoys performing and the personal challenge of preparing for
an event. As a consultant and trainer for exercise classes, group and
private instruction, she continues to be an innovative and motivating
asset to the fitness industry.
