My passion for fitness was born
out of my father's health issues. At 47 he suffered a massive stroke.
This forced me to take a long look at how I was living. Around this time,
I saw the Fitness America Pageant on TV, at that moment a dream was born.
I researched proper nutrition and training and completely changed my physique.
I have been competing and modeling for 8 years. I have been incredibly
fortunate to be on the cover of magazines and have many exercise and swimsuit
layouts. I continue to compete in fitness to keep my body in tip top condition.
When fitness came into my life, I discovered my purpose. Apart from the
most important role of being the best mother and wife I can be, fitness
permeates every aspect of my world. Consistently eating a clean healthy
diet and training with purpose have empowered me to live a happy and full
life. I have a sincere passion to be an example that anyone can do this,
and to help motivate and inspire people to become the fittest and in turn
happiest they've ever been.
